The lady taking care of breakfast was pleasant and she was greeted everybody that came.
This is the worst hotel I've stayed. I will just highlight some of the problems I had: * I messaged them in advance that we will be staying with our baby and asked them if they have a baby crib and told them that if the crib is not available I will bring one myself. The hotel assured me that there are cribs and I just need to ask for one on check in. I arrived at the hotel and the lady at reception told me that the hotel doesn't have cribs. She didn't care at all that the baby doesn't have a place to sleep... We ended up putting the baby in the bed with us and all night long we were not able to sleep because we were trying to be careful not to squish the baby... * The floor of the room was so dirty that after our baby was crawling around for couple of minutes here legs and arms became so dirty and black. This room was definitely not cleaned in a while. * The rooms smelled like mold. * The pool and the hot tub were very dirty. You could see dirt flowing on top of the hot tub's water. In general PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T STAY in this place. Go somewhere else where they know how to treat guests.

property was nice , outside the room is pretty clean. nice and quiet.
my whirlpool in my room wasnt very clean. i had to clean it myself and ask the service ladies for cleaning supplies before i could even use it. the microwave was also a little dirty. bathroom needs some work.

Some of the staff were helpful and professional.
My child found drugs behind the AC in our room. We were denied maid service, towels, toilet paper, and trash bags when we asked for them. One woman shut down breakfast early, refused to give us cereal for our kids and when asked she screamed at me and threatened to kick us out. When we tried to reach a manager he was never available and didn't attempt to make contact with us to resolve.

Disappointing
Property is definitely an older one - which is fine . Arrived for checkin at 4pm. Staff were very pleasant - was given a room on first floor for me and my 2 kids (double queen room). Going down the hall, it smelled really quite pleasant as we must be right by the laundry - but when we entered the room, the smell was horrible. It smelled like dirty feet - no joke or exaggeration - it smelled exactly like dirty feet and the smell was coming out of the AC unit. My kids both are covering their noses with their shirts. I go directly to the front desk to request another room (even though I know they were booked solid for the night because it was family weekend at Baylor). We were there early enough that they very willingly gave us a new room. The GM was in the back room and overheard my complaint (which I totally was polite and respectful about). He was very kind and apologized saying that he is realizing that the air conditioning units need to be cleaned and is trying to get approval for just that thing. So he totally understood my concern and complaint. I was given a new room on the third floor - we went to the new room - very clean, smelled fresh. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable. But truth be told, it is a very tired looking property that needs an overhaul - but staff do their very best to have a clean and comfortable stay. The only issue I had with the new room is that the AC, when it would kick on, was so stinkin' loud, it was like standing in front of a running lawn mower all night. But being that the bed and pillow were so comfortable, and I was so tired - I was able to sleep through it. The cost of the room was just under $300 because it was Family weekend and Best Western took every advantage of the lack of hotel availability space in Waco that weekend. Ridiculous price for a very tired hotel.
What I didn't like needs more than 2 to 3 sentences - but that is all the space you provide to answer that question.
