The staff were really nice, best part about the place.
Was not the cleanest, just felt dingy. Water/mildew stains on the walls in our room, holes in curtains, bathtub leaked and wouldn't turn off, pillows had stains so I'm glad I brought my own.

Absolutely gross. Roaches everywhere for $150/night. Unreal. Faucet never stopped dripping. Slept terrible, need my money back.

It was a drug house and drinking and not safe people passing out and puking and loud and up all night complained to office but nothing done no hotel should allowed this and every room like this people hanging outside rooms high and drunk and speeding in cars in parking lot

Breakfast was a joke.no fruit . pastries.the bed was the smallest queen bed I have ever seen.pillows very small.1 cock roach..bed wasn't that comfortable.its a 50.00 hotel not 86.00

The fact that they gave me at least 1/2 my money back....
There were roaches and I do mean EVERYWHERE...so that's why we got a partial refund butttttt when we got home . I noticed bite marks on my autistic son. Yessss they have bed bugs. I wanted alllll my money back. I really want to take them to court over neglect. but the manager has yet to get back to me as a matter of fact I got hung up on the 1st time I called. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!ITS NEEDS EXTERMINATION!!!

Front desk staff very nice.
Rooms smelled like cigarettes even though we had a non-smoking room. Smoke alarm was hanging out from the wall. Stains on the comforter.

Roaches! Also was charged twice for the room after being accommodated to a second room which was also infested. Only 1 charge has been refunded.
