Total disrepair. My room, 1117 was in need of so much. EVERYTHING needs painting. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. The popcorn ceiling had a huge leak spot. The trim in the bathroom, floor & door were awful

The room service meal was the ONLY highlight
We asked for an extra chair, and they brought us a shower stool, what a freaking joke at the price we paid for the room
The breakfast buffet was not at all worth its price

Beds were comfortable. Fairly close to event. Girl at front desk friendly and tried to be helpful.
No shuttle to event. The “heated” pool was ice cold so too cold to swim in. The restaurant/ room service was advertised as staying open till 11 but closed at 10. So no place to eat close after event. Room was not clean. Elevator quit working. Not worth price of stay because higher than most in area but yet amenities worse.

Close to the park and other locations
Every thing was great but when we went to eat breakfast there were ants in the food. Definitely unacceptable for being one of the best hotels also most expensive hotels.

All the staff were so nice and helpful! I love the location next to the river walk! The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was surprisingly fresh and flavorful while still being familiar and simple. Getting text check in's from the staff to make sure I was happy was a nice touch. Sunrise from my hotel room was lovely!
Having to wait till 4pm to check in was surprising and a little inconvenient. It would be nice if the bar opened earlier than 5pm, too. I'd still happily stay here again, though.
