We didn’t stay. It looked like a roach motel with homeless people hanging around outside.

Honestly, nothing! It was one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at! It was dirty and the outside noise was bad! They need to seal the windows better or put new glass on it. There's air coming in from the heater/ac unit.
I didn't like anything. Will never, ever stay here again!

Statt was friendly. Air conditioning did work.

NOTHING! Shady people smoking pot in the parking lot and hollering!
The room was nasty. They had roaches and there was a condom wrapper by the night stand and dead flies and hair on the floor. They obviously don't clean the rooms. I didn't even stay the whole time. I left and found a different hotel.

Everything that place isn’t even worth 20 a night it’s just so smelly and everything old and the room it self wasn’t very secure just the worst all around

The price is good for this Motel. Although not fancy and the furniture is dated the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Room was equipped with a TV, refrigerator and a microwave. I would stay there again if I ever needed a Motel in Waco,TX
The parking is limited one larger truck took up 3 spaces because of the way they parked. It appears that there are just enough parking spaces for the number of rooms.
