The Staff was horrible they called the police on me because I requested my room to be clean. The sheets where dirty the carpet needs to be shampoo room smelled horrible like smoke and dirt

That it was convenient to where I was going.
I saw a roach in my room by the microwave. Only one but it made me and daughter very very nervous we checked everything. And the carpets need to be shampooed. And the air barely worked. We had to cut it on the lowest temp.

Talked to desk clerk about leaving car in lot for 3 days and was told there was a fee..which was fine..paid the $50 and lady was very rude and short about it..then refused to give a receipt as proof that we had paid.
