The staff was really nice and friendly and met my needs when requested.
The hotel didn?t have enough lights outside its very dark in the back with a lot of trees, which is dangerous. The walls and doors could be a lot cleaner. I found hair in my sheets, and a few stains, I had issues with the cleanup crew cleaning my room.

The whole front desk staff is amazing, including the general manager. We had some issues here and there and they made sure we had a room that everything worked. My house burned and this hotel has been the best for our needs.
The elevator is wild, it's works or it's slow and I don't mind taking the stairs unless I had stuff to carry. And we did have to change rooms a couple times due to smell of dog pee. But staff was amazing at fixing that issue for us.

Only one elevartor kind of works. Can not access the 3rd floor & lights would not stay on. First room could not get the key to work. appeared to have electrical issues on the 3rd floor. Hotel is in bad need of maintenance. horrible breakfast

Hotel front desk was absent when we tried to check in, staff was rude, night clerk programmed a key to our room and gave to a man and checked him in after we had already been checked in, phone didnt have a cord to call front desk, a strange man entered.

It was good value for your money. Everything was clean and I could check-in just before midnight.
From a European perspective my heart bled seeing the disposable cutlery and plates at the breakfast buffet. I guess you could be more sustainable.
