Elevators were out of order the entire weekend. No accommodations were made to move us from the top floor to a more suitable ground level room so we climbed 5 flights of stairs all weekend.
No accommodations for moving us to a lower level room when the elevators were out all weekend. They should have called an on call elevator service to repair the elevators for their customers!

Elevators were out all weekend. Room was on the top floor of the hotel.
No accommodations were offered to us to move to a lower level room and they knew I wasn’t happy about climbing 5 flights of stairs multiple times a day!

Peeling wallpaper, flooded carpet in the lobby for 2 days, no a/c in the hallway, leaking toilet and sink, stairwell door propped open, parking lot lights over the entry not working.

Outside property is dirty, it’s dark ,people hang around on the back side. Once you enter the floor seems like they have never sweep or mopped the floor. Tables and chairs are dirty. Something is not right with this hotel. Police have to check for sex trafficking and drugs. My first room was a mess disgusting. Bed made me itch .

Nice room, comfy bed, clean
Elevator out of service, only room available was on 4th floor. I'm calling BS on that. I'm 63 with bad knees and bad back. Those stairs were torture on me. Then the breakfast was horrible. Link sausage, boiled eggs and cereal were only choices. Will never book there again.

Pillows to big. Not comfortable. Walls in hallway ripped apart. Shady people hanging around in the parking lot. One lady was screaming at nothing.

Good location, bad hotel
Check in was good. The young lady up front told me the elevators were not working so she offered to call a hotel staff member to see if a room was available on the 1st floor. I waited for 10 minutes for the room which was good because I had a small cosmetic procedure done and the stairs would have been tough! There was 2 industrial sized garbage cans in the lobby for a ceiling leak. The carpet on the way to the room was sloshing. Im thinking, what? Am I in the ghetto? I checked in on a Monday and checked out on Wednesday morning. My tv in the room had no signal for watching. I called the front desk to report it. 30 minutes later I called again just in case they forgot but she assured me they hadn’t. The maintenance staff came a few minutes later and changed the cables and it started working. Before around 9pm, the alarm went off like 3x. The light in the room was flashing and everything. I asked if everything was ok and they assured me it was just testing. So I will say the staff was great, but management was BAD. Will not be coming back. Shame it was my first time staying in a Comfort Hotel. No linen or towel service provided.

All of it as the elevator didn't work. The lady at the desk was rude. It took 2 days to get the room to cool down. And going up and down the stairs, three levels when your card doesn't work lovely

Location
It's not very clean. Water leaks in the ceiling every where. And both elevators were down. We had to take the stairs. I had just had knee surgery
