The staff is awesome and welcoming. They greet you as you walk in the door and are attentive to your needs. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast attendant does a great job

Location
Toilet stopped up was told by night staff I had to wait until morning until someone was available to fix it. No one on call to handle it. Morning staff was unaware of the problem until I told them again in the morning about the problem. The night crew didnt relay the information.

The hot breakfast was great with quite a few options even for vegetarians. The location of the property is also pretty convenient.
I was charged parking fees for my car when the huge parking lot was more than half-empty. It was in single figures but this is the first time I have paid for parking at a hotel which is not even located in a busy and conjusted place like downtown so that was definitely a downer for me!

Paying $3 to park a night.
My hotel key didnt work it took about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to help me. The smoke alarm beeped all night long. Position of the smoke alarm was right over the bed!
