Disappointing
The staff was great. Great location. Allot of parking. Surrounded by restaurants with reasonable distance. The staff offered me cooking utensils at no cost.
Hotel didn't respect my reservation. The hotel staff rented out my room. Hotel charged me the same price for a king suite as the queen suite (my reservation) when the king is cheaper. The staff notified me when I asked, that the central heating wasn't working. The room was freezing and they only gave me an extra blanket. There was 4 people in my party. I'm glad we always carry extra blankets. And then if things couldn't get worst they notified everyone there was going to be a water shut off to fix a water leak.

I didn’t like that advertise dishes in the room when you had to go back in downstairs to ask for them from the front desk I didn’t like that I had to ask for a toaster. I didn’t like that. It wasn’t advertise that their pool was closed when everybody else was open I didn’t like the staff. The staff was unbelievably rude to me

Location
The floors were grimmy. The fridge door was slimy on the outside. Table top dirty, gooey drops of something. Only thing clean was sheet and towels. Dust thick around electrical outlets. I wore socks to keep feet clean.

Our best experience was the pool area. The water felt like heaven. When we went to swim was the only time I felt comfortable during the whole stay.
People hanging around the property that weren't guests. The property inside and out wasn't cleaned and bedding was dirty. Guest service was always in the back. They took their time to come help me a few different times. The bathroom was dirty and didn't have toilet tissue, or soap. My room smelled like urine in different spot in my room. The bed was very small

Location , bed is comfortable,
The room is dirty, need to work on the cleanliness of the room so the guest can enjoy , AC needs work , needs newer towels
