Management needs to change. They are rude and unprofessional. Checked in on Sunday. Couldn't get clean towels again until Wednesday. 5 days there and only got house cleaning once. Every time we left and came back we had to get new cards because the one we had wouldn't work. From what I can tell Management needs to change. If those are the owners then they should find another industry because hospitality and customer service is NOT important to them!

The room phone didn't work!
The towels were torn to rags!
The television could only be turned up to 23 (super low)!
The light fixtures had paint on them.
The carpet on the stairs were filthy!
There was no elevator!
There was no laundry facility!
The staff was rude and over stepped his boundaries.
The grounds on the property were poor. No grass just dirt everywhere.

Almost non-existent.
It would have been nice to have the room vacuumed. The sheets were stained, possibly with blood?
The window was unlocked when I entered the room. It smelled of stale cigarettes in a non-smoking facility. The desk and "closet" were both in disrepair. The phone to the front desk didn't work. The "security" locked door to enter the building was broken.
