The carpet in the room felt damp and had mildewed. Not only did my feet no longer feel clean after walking on it despite having showered, but it gave me a sore throat after only one night of staying there.

The staff was very patient and helpful. The leanings were comfortable. The microwave was clean.
I was unable to use the side entrance. Because the card reader wasn't working. The pillows were horrible. There weren't enough towles in the room. The toilet was extremely low. The location needs to offer breakfast.

There was no breakfast. I am on crutches. When i made the reservation, i was told there's an elevator. What i wasn't told is that it was struck by lightning some years back, and it doesn't always work. I had to walk 27 stairs one way. It was extremely painful.
