This was a lovely hotel, clean and comfortable beds, a good location and friendly staff.

Bed was comfortable
Hairs left in the shower, had a housekeeper walk into our room and immediately closed the door when realizing we were in the room. We had a do not disturb sign on and they didn’t knock or anything when entering. We were a bit upset but brushed it off cause we understand things happen. We left for about 6 hours and came back to our room door open after making sure the door was closed and locked before leaving. Honestly just felt uncomfortable and extremely violated. Haven’t heard back with any resolution to this situation. Would not recommend.

My flight into DFW was 4 hrs late so I didn’t arrive until 2am. I communicated with the hotel and they were very accommodating, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is modern and clean with high-quality towels and bedding; the rooms are also spacious. They also have a surprisingly well-equipped work-out space with new ellipticals, treadmills, dumbbells and kettlebells. I didn’t eat breakfast but the coffee was delicious, probably the best hotel coffee I’ve had in years.
The hotel is just off the hwy but it takes a few short turns to get there. The street names can be confusing (like Walnut Hill Lane and Walnut Ridge), but GPS guided me there without any issues. Considering the hotel’s quality and value, I didn’t mind the slight detour.
