The view of the airport from the room was really nice. The location was convenient and the overall property looked clean and well-maintained.
The room I received was not the one I booked — it was smaller and had a tub instead of a walk-in shower. The bed had a dip in the middle, one pillowcase had yellow stains, and the closet door was misaligned and wouldn’t close. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were empty, and I had to call multiple times to get replacements. Front desk calls often went unanswered, the lounge had no snacks available during the day or evening, and the pool closed earlier than expected.

$50 a night for parking is robbery! Not listing "Free Parking" as a hotel amenity is deceptive. Plus the shower curtain did not seal in the tub and allowed water all over the floor.

Location to airport, comfortable bed
Service at the restaurant was awful. I was seated and no one spoke to me for at least 10 minutes. I watched other people get seated, have their orders taken, and get their drinks while I sat there as if I was invisible. I had to ask a sever to take my order and had to ask twice to get my drink order. I waited an hour for food and finally asked for the food to be delivered to my room. It was finally delivered at 10:00. I was originally seated at 8:45. My order was free … essentially the only thing they could have done to try to make it right.

I loved how close it was to everything. The hotel was very clean and room was clean as well
It was a bit older of an hotel. We also had the faucet in our room not work properly as it was dripping when we walked in. We couldn’t turn it all the way off so heard the water dripping all night.

Once we arrived at the hotel, almost everything was fine.
The hotel staff gave us a bogus excuse about the shuttle van being late and then unavailable. I had to spend $40 on a ten- minute Lyft ride. The shuttle van would service terminal C, but not terminal A.

After an exhausting and frustrating day of cancelled flights, Rory at the Westin went above and beyond to create a restful and exceptional stay at this hotel. He didn't have to but he did!
