Close to venues, restaurants, and shopping! Nothing was more than 10 minutes! The room was nice, clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable! Loved our quick stay for a concert!! Free breakfast to top it off and that was delicious too!

As we arrived maybe a couple of hours earlier on check in time, the lady in charge of the service desk , did allowed us to check in a little earlier.

Location, near highway and restaurants.
ROACHES, and poor customer service. Due to multiple roaches running across the floor, I checked out at 10:30pm. The front desk person said "all I can do is check you in & check you out". My refund request was denied without any sort of apology whatsoever.

Saw a big bug crawling down the hallway. They also did not give us a wake-up call they that was requested. And I found a hair in the sink that was the wrong color or length for either of ours. The help was very helpful.

Excellent location to the highway, and the hotel had a shuttle service for the airport and anywhere within 5 miles. Everything was very clean and staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The TV had Netflix.
I run hot and had to run AC almost constantly, and it was pretty loud
