They were not able to find our reservation and told us to call booking. We spent an hour waiting in the line to figure this all out. Those attitude changes when they came to know that we booked through booking. Told us to book directly as there is “often” a problem with booking.com reservations. We had to call booking and they had to call the front desk while we were standing right in front of the front desk. The front desk hotel staff acted as if they won’t acknowledge us until a reservation is made by booking. The booking.com person said she told to staff to look the reservation under the general manager. It was a bad experience. Suddenly the reservation showed up and the front desk staff called us and sad “booking.com just made your reservation.”
