I liked the room, clean, spacious, no carpet & good water pressure.
I didn’t like that the property has one elevator, as far away from my room on the 3rd floor as it could be. & not enough coffee downstairs at breakfast.

I liked the rooms. Loved the breakfast set-up. Thumbs up! I loved the location and again the room setup was great!
The rooms need pest -control. The heater disturbed my sleep every time it kicked on. The toiletries could be upgraded both in size and quality! The towels were too rough!

It took > 1 hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport!!! The hotel kept telling us that the shuttle is on the way; will be there very shortly, etc. Despite calling several times it still > 1 hour standing outside in the bitter cold before the shuttle arrived.

They had free breakfast, we saw it, but did not eat it.
One small bottle of water was $6…. Gas station sells for $1
The elevator made so much noise it should have been shut down.
There’s also a parking lot light that flickers 24/7…. The air units are the loudest I have heard before.

Desk clerks are terrible at giving directions for shuttle pickup. Time and time again I heard them fail to let travelers know they need to be on the lower level for pick up. I waited 40 minutes before I had to call back for an ETA and pull correct directions out of them there was a cockroach in the room. I explicitly asked for a gym which was a determining factor in my hotel choice. I was assured there was one. EVERY WEIGHT MACHINE had an out of order sign on it. When asked how long that was like that they replied with “it’s been that way for quite awhile”. Coffee was cold. Hot water for tea was empty. Shall I go on???? Fir the list as it stand not even an apology was given….
