only thing i didnt like, there was no microwave in the room. it was important to have microwave because of kids need warm milk or warm food.

Everything went well, from the staff, hotel check in and hotel check out.
The hotel pool was nice but should have a little be more light for when it gets dark. At night time the pool is VERY dark and hard to see unless you are near the purple light at the end of the pool. a white light would be perfect.

The entire staff was excellent at their jobs. Room and hotel were clean, food was delicious, staff was friendly and courteous and efficient, hotel smelled nice, shuttle was on time every time and the drivers were kind and sincere, other guests were super polite, beds were comfortable, amenities worked, location was great for me, and it felt safe.

Service was really bad. I ask several time to fix my shower but front desk never send anyone to fix even when I said medical conditions they did do anything to address the issue. Picture of the property misleading.
