Didn't had a chance to get into the room so I really can not comment in this section.
Very bad experience. Female receptionist refused to let me in the room even my reservation was already paid via booking. Her comment was I can only confirm booking with physical credit card. She refused any further talking even i was asking for explanation and some solution. She even didn't allow me to talk to anyone else, she was claiming she is the only one I can talk to in this big hotel. I'm also person with disability, triple amputee, which was pretty inconvenient to look for new hotel accommodation.
For the hotel, event happened at 3.30 on 18th of October. I didn't look for the name of the receptionist. (I recommend some behavior and inclusion workshops) or that she gets some opportunity of volunteering work with people with disabilities.
It seemed she was trying to get rid of me, because the reservation was not canceled from her (hotel) side. So she was expecting i will cancel on my own and they will keep their reservation money. (Very unprofessional, seems like a fraud)
