Location was great right by where we were attending a cheer competition
When we arrived the room we went into had a clogged toilet BUT staff was fast to switch us!
Kids were a bit upset about the pancake machine being down. The mattress in the pull out was so old it was tinted

We stopped here as a halfway point to a long drive. The room was very spacious and clean. We had no complaints or issues with the hotel. The are also seemed nice. It was right next to an Applebees which was great after driving many hours.

The location was great. Friendly staff, room clean and comfortable.
The breakfast could have been better. The "powder" eggs was the worst. The coffee station was a little congested with people trying to get what they wanted. But other than that no complaints, tables and chairs were clean, and there was plenty of seating.

Lose to the convention center for my competition
I had a leak under the carpet that was brought to housekeeping’s attention Sunday through Wednesday waiting for SOMEONE to come talk to me or call or something. Reporting room issues to them has always been a first-line of reporting problems. It wasn’t until Wednesday that staff and facilities came to the room super late in the evening to look at the door. They could not accommodate my same room that night, but was then forced out of my room Thursday (the day BEFORE MY COMPETITION!) to relocate to a higher floor with the same room setup. And then there was no refund or discount to my stay AT ALL after all the troubles I went through and the severe delay in addressing the problem. I will not stay in the hotel again.

The staff was excellent upon checking in! The location is great since it is by the highway AND lots of food spots around.
There was one hall that smelled like smoke. And the construction next door will be annoying until its done, but that's not this hotel's fault.
