Overall the hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but it was the staff that were the best part of our stay they were professional and amazing. After hearing that we flew in for a funeral, the staff brought us a gift bag of snacks and gave their condolences. We also had to leave at 4 am for the flight home and they provided us with a light breakfast bag with fruit and yogurt. They really went above and beyond. Thank you for making this hard trip a little easier.

Wonderful
The location right by DFW is perfect for an overnight stay with an early morning departure. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes and the drivers are really personable. The rooms are large and clean. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Breakfast is good and varied. There's a really good Thai food truck that stays open late, about a 5 minute walk away. It is a very good value hotel and I'd definitely stay there again.
The only thing that needs attention is the reception area and some of the other common areas, i.e. hallways. The floors seemed a bit dirty.

It is a well maintained and well located property. It has nice rooms and breakfast was good. The shuttle drivers were good and friendly. The staff is friendly and knows its business.

The breakfast options were amazing, The staff has great customer service skills. Would choose this hotel again and again.
