We booked this hotel because we had a plane delay at DFW. We booked it because it had a shuttle from the airport. The shuttle from the airport was not working at the time we got in. Not only that, but in the morning the shuttle was overbooked. We had to take a cab both ways which ended up costing us an additional $70. The information on the booking site should include limitations to time and transportation. The hotel was completely unapologetic and noted that the transportation was a COURTESY and that basically we should not have counted on the service.
