Honestly the front desk staff Maddy and Allison really went above and beyond and made the stay worthwhile. Truthfully the main reason I am going to rebook this weekend.
There were a couple of broken doors and i honestly think it would have been cheaper and serve the needs of the guest better.If the juice machines in the morning were a dispenser , as opposed to the individual bottles. Perhaps a better system for the morning wake up call transfer from shift to shift because I didn't miss one wake up.

It was in a nice location close to where I needed to be.
When checking in the staff member there looked like he was annoyed or just not in a friendly welcoming mood. He pretty much just just told me where the elevator was after checking in and that’s it. No thank you or enjoy your stay or anything but aside from that it was all good.

Beds were comfy. The restroom was well-lit and clean. Appreciated the Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in full bottle sizes and not the mini bottles that never last!
The breakfast service was not the best. The area was not kept clean. There was no attentiveness to ulinciles (plates in particular). The hot breakfast items will not be restocked; people will be waiting. Compared to the picture and descriptions online, they did not compare.
The staff was also not the most welcoming. We arrived late at night, around 11:30 pm. The gentleman at the front looked like he did not want to be there. Not rude, but definitely felt like WE were the ones bothering him.
