The breakfast was ok
That I got double charged for my room. I paid the reservations online and when I got there I got charged 160$ for the room again. I'm very unhappy about that. It's been three days now and I still haven't heard from anyone or received my money back yet.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with lots of options. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the shower was nice and large. Love the blackout shades/curtains. The shuttle service was prompt.

Updated Fairfield location. Able to park and ride (left our car at the hotel while we travelled to Italy). The hotel has shuttle service to DFW, another plus.
Not the property’s fault but hard to find dinner in the area without going into another hotel to eat.

The receptionist who checked us in, Danielle, was so incredibly kind and welcoming. After a long and stressful day of flight delays, and eventually a cancellation of our flight home, we booked a hotel here at Fairfield. Danielle greeted us with her sweet hospitality and got us settled in with water and a goodie bag of snacks. The hotel was beautiful, incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we loved that even at midnight, we got a Thai meal from the food truck parked in the parking lot. We expected to go to bed without a true meal so that was an extra perk of choosing Fairfield. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, lots of tasty options, and the free transport to the airport was an added bonus. It helped us save money and our driver was super friendly! I highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even though it was unplanned due to flight issues.
