The breakfast was great and so was the entertainment
They don't enforce the quiet time so we were kept awake by nose until after midnight. The hotel restaurant took advantage of us. I told them about my allergy and they agreed to accommodate, but then didn't take it seriously. Ultimately we had to trek to 7-11 in the hail so I could have food because I could no longer trust them and they wouldn't provide a refund

I slept well, and there were ample towels and liked that shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were provided. It had a good hairdryer, and the food ordered from the restaurant was good.
The only thing that bothered me a bit was that I was the first one on the shuttle at the airport to ride to the hotel, but I was the last one able to get off the shuttle so last one able to check in.

About 2 hours into the stay and theres just some things that are unacceptable, these showers...WHY IS THE SHOWER SHELF NEXT TO THE HEAD ?! You can't shower without elbowing it eveytime you move, the shower head is super low and the pull handle is so bad they have to put directions on how to use it (also doesnt fully work) The "restaurant" also is open conveniently late but its not really a restaurant. This whole place is lipstick on a pig, the longer you stay the more things you notice that is cheap and whoever set up things cut corners and didn't think things through. Updating to 1 star after finding hair on the towels and bed, this place is not worth 150

Rooms are fine. The bathrooms and showers are somewhat old fashioned.
Breakfast stops at 9.30 am. We arrived at 0.15 am and there was no food we could get. We waited almost 1h for the shuttle to the airport at terminal 3.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and very apologetic.
The first room I was originally given the bed was not made and there were stains on the bed. I called down to the front desk and was given another room. While I was walking to my "new" room, there were maintenance workers in the hallway. I walked past the men and was headed to my room, they stopped what they were doing and watched me walk to my room. I got in my room and went to lock the top crossbar to only see it was broken. I did not feel safe staying there and ended up leaving and booking a different hotel.

The front check in staff was amazing and it was a seamless process; she was informative and gave a map of all the ammenities. Checkout was just as good.
The room was an interior room in the main lobby, so hearing all the traffic in and out. Staff tried to come into the room multiple times and it was not check out times or anything close to it. the in-room refrigerator was leaking a trail of water as we opened the door and I called the FD and no one ever came, so we never used it. The Wifi never worked. The parking was around back of the other side to the building... you had to walk around through the trash area which smelled awful and leaked this horrible wet trail that you HAD to walk through... my shoes and luggage wheel all smell and have to be thrown from this. I was not satisfied.. I wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Comfortable bed, beautiful place BUT they need to pay attention to the cleanliness.
1st room had hair everywhere and dirty floor.
Second one also had pieces of hair. The place is really nice but they need to pay attention to that.

Staff was wonderful, helpful and took good care of me after I broke my left ankle and foot. Housekeeping was very considerate and efficient. Location is ideal.
I’m wheelchair bound, this place is on at least five levels just in the lobby alone, even to get to an elevator I had to roll up and down ramps, which were no where near the destination. Thus everything was an exceptional effort even to get to/from my room. Very stylish, not at all practical for the elderly or disabled.
