I loved it for the quiet, helpful, amenity based experience. It was a wonderful atmosphere for a work trip.
The sheets were a bit scratchy. And would have liked to see more options for breakfast.

The things that stands out was the big room, heated pool, jacuzzi, & breakfast.
I couldn't find the guest laundry on the 2nd floor. The map in my room started it was right by my room and it wasn't. I walked 3 different halls and finally just gave up.

Shuttle service available although wait at airport can be long. Excellent location for DFW. Nice bar and decent restaurant. . Nice bright rooms

Great place, very near the airport for the stopover I had. Choose this hotel because it had a free cancellation anytime offer, great protection if your flight is canceled. I booked this hotel while I was in flight!!! “Free cancellation anytime” Can you believe that. What a stress reliever. When I return from Costa Rica, with a stopover here, I hope they have the same offer again. Are they listening? I hope so. See you soon!

The breakfast was great and so was the entertainment
They don't enforce the quiet time so we were kept awake by nose until after midnight. The hotel restaurant took advantage of us. I told them about my allergy and they agreed to accommodate, but then didn't take it seriously. Ultimately we had to trek to 7-11 in the hail so I could have food because I could no longer trust them and they wouldn't provide a refund
