Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Location was perfect for what I had planned and the view of the lake was spectacular!! Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel cleanliness was beyond my expectations!! Would definitely be back!!

Dirty room, no room services even though it said room service, ants all over our food, and someone pulled the fire alarm in the morning.

Location and Free private parking is best part about this hotel. The Lobby was nice and clean even on a busy night.
The parking garage was covered in leaves didn’t know what I was stepping on when I got out of my car. The pool was not heated and they said they were gonna send someone and after waiting 30 minutes we just went back to the room. The room smelled and the room looked very outdated.

Overall the hotel was nice. You could tell it was an older hotel that has been renovated but the renovations were nice. The lobby area was nicely decorated and gives a great intro to the hotel.
As I said you could tell the hotel was old and was renovated. While the updates were great the things they did not update stood out and really took away from the room. Walking in the door and locks were old and beat up looking. Once in the room u can see the light switches and wall plugs were old dated and dirty looking again taking away from the room. The doors and trim around the restroom and closet doors also showed age and wear and tear. These things just kind of gave me mixed feelings about the room. Made me feel like it just appeared clean but really wasnt.

Location is wonderful, lots to do within walking distance and lots more within a short drive. Facilities are always clean and tidy when I stay, never been disappointed, always love staying here!

I liked how clean and inviting the hotel was. I felt safe as a solo female traveler needing a place to rest before catching a flight. I love how well-lit the parking garage was. It definitely made me feel more safe walking to and from my car.
