I was on a long layover (18 hrs). The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was in the middle of freeways around the airport, but they got the shuttle driver to drop me at a couple of local spots and picked me up when I was done.

Convenient to the airport
The hotel shuttle was supposed to pick us up at the airport. Hotel said no driver was available so we should get ride over and would be reimbursed. Have submitted a very reasonable receipt ($35) from Lyft for ride over but hotel has to date failed to send reimbursement

The size of the room, the half moon loveseat, the quiet toilet, and the fact that the restroom was behind us and didnt blind us in the middle of the night. I loved the soap pumps in the shower,too
Nothing, I would suggest a small night light in the restroom area so a switch doesnt need to be flipped in the nighttime. Other than that the room was perfect.

The staff
There was a lot I didnt like. The internet was down for half of my stay, there were ants in the room, the room wasnt serviced by housekeeping (I stayed two nights), and they dont offer complimentary coffee. The coffee part in particular was absurd.

Location and staff were great. The room was comfortable and clean.
The coffee pot in the room didn't work, the lock on the door was jammed several times - we couldn't get OUT, the air conditioning was ok it didn't cool like it should have (the weather was in the 50's outside).
