Roms and beds are comfy. The staff is outstanding, from the shuttle drivers to the servers in the restaurant. The only reason this doesn't get a top rating is the mediocre food from the restaurant.
The quality of the food from the restaurant isn't good. The chef making omelettes and eggs to order at breakfast did a good job, but the food at night was sub-par. Mediocre rueben sandwich and cold, tasteless french fries. They were very busy due to lots of flight cancellations and a full restaurant bar. The server was terrific.

Wonderful
Clean, friendly staff at check-in, restaurant, bar and cleaning staff. I also liked that they had have pizza place and indoor pool.

The hotel is great. I stay there every 6 weeks for about 10 days but only this last time I really struggled getting a strong WiFi connection. I do work often from the hotel so that’s important to me.
Parking issue. There was no place to park the one day and no one could help me. Then I finally found a space to park after some time and my truck was dented and scratched by someone because everyone was trying to squeeze where ever they could.

Property was dated but absolutely worth the cost and had a great breakfast buffet available each morning. Stayed in the two queen bed room which was a great size and super close to the hotel which was ideal for me. The gym was also very impressive for a hotel gym so really happy there. Beds were comfortable as well. Appreciated that parking lot was gated.
When going to take a shower the tub spout still spewed water so water pressure to the shower was low and tub would start to fill but drained quickly enough. There was also a high pitched sound whenever the toilet was flushed. The room keys cannot be near magnetic cards or cell phones which we weren’t told until day 3 of our stay so had to have the room keys reset daily and even when kept away from those items, the room keys still had to be reset. We asked at the front desk on day 4 of our 6 days of our room could be cleaned so we could get fresh towels and mostly get the trash taken out however no one came.

the room was excellent. The amenities were much appreciated (coffee, sugar, etc.) The cleanliness of the room was very good. This is our second time staying here, and we do plan on returning on special occasions.
Information on nearby stores, restaurants and attractions. We did ask about restaurants, but were told only of one. But, that was a excellent choice.

Only one restaurant was ever staffed at a time so there was no point in having two available and the food was not great.
