Lack of convenient USB ports in the room. nothing next to bed. only 2 at desk.
Finishes look tired. Sagging light fixture cloth materials in hallway.
TV too small
Horrible TV menu function couldn't tell me what was on that station.

Great location and cost. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
A little dirty on some areas, but nothing major. No microwaves in the rooms. Beds and pillows not very comfortable, unless you like firm.

The front desk kept trying to charge my card because they did not have it all together. However, it worked out fine and my card wasn’t charged the fees.

I really liked the room layout. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The decor was a little sparce and futuristic looking for my taste. But everything was clean and nice. And the staff was very friendly.
For the price we paid, I feel like breakfast should have been included. But honestly, most hotel "free" hotel breakfasts are terrible anyway. There are several nice breakfast places very close tht worked fine for us. Also, their policy is no room cleaning service unless more than 2 nights. That's fine, I get it and I can clean my own room. But how about passing some of those cost savings to the customer?

Close to restaurants
Sink wouldn’t drain correctly and would hold the water for a while. Pool was dirty the whole time we were there so we didn’t swim. Saw a woman that was staying at the hotel literally trying to clean the pool out herself. Only got our room cleaned once and we were there for 3 days. The room never cooled down with the A/C at its lowest temperature.
