Having air conditioning was good.
From check in to check out there were issues. I called to check in early and they wanted to charge me an extra day so I waited to check in till 3pm. I didn't get checked in till 4:30pm due to staffing and room not being ready. Sink was clogged

Yes! At check in the guy was very hard to understand and was not the friendliest. Checked in and went to our room to find it had not been cleaned! The beds were slept in, there was a dirty sock and towel on the floor, and a half drank bottle of water.

Disappointing
Overall, the hotel wasnt bad. It was mostly clean and quiet.
The room had a broken a/c unit that didnt cool at all. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the employee said that he was already aware due to notes. They offered no other room, or even a partial reimbursement. They also kept my $50 deposit.

One staff member seemed overwhelmed during the check in process. Dirty towels were left hanging behind the door. The hallways smelled funny. One of the beds did not have a top sheet.

Easy access to highway
Mildew in shower, toenail clippings on the floor by the couch; I told the front desk and nothing was done about it for my stay. Also, they do NOT have a daily room clean/new towels. It's every other day. Check-In was terrible

The best aspect was the fitness center, which had dumbbells. Also, the hotel had a ton of channels, including the Red Zone channel.
Where do I begin? It is understaffed, poorly managed, unkept, and is in a state of disrepair. If it does not change course, this place will eventually be shut down. I don't have enough characters to tell you how bad it was. For the price it is a waste.

Checkin took over 35 minutes with three others ahead of me. Hotel was full of dogs and the rooms smelled funky. Elevator wouldnt work half of the times I tried to use it. Stairwell was dirty. Breakfast unattended, items not refilled, trash overflowing

The inside of toilet in room 408 looked dirty , felt uncomfortable to go to the restroom , the staff faces looked like they were not happy to work there, they all had angry looks no smiles on their faces just a trans blank look in their faces , couple of times I tried to smile at them and they just looked like they were scared or angry to smile back.

Yes. I did not like how understaffed the hotel was. It creates a lot of stress for the manager on duty. Also disliked how warm our initial room was at 60 degrees.

Card keys didnt work after a few hours. Every time we left and came back had to get them re programmed. Was charged extra when I got there because the room they gave me couldnt fit 4 ppl even tho I put on the app 4 ppl where staying. Had to ask for more towels every day. Room wasnt cleaned not even once. Ran out of toilet paper first night and didnt get any the whole time.

Slow Check in. Room had a heavy smell of bleach. Hotel only provided 2 towels and 2 almost emptied rolls of toilet paper then provided no maid service for the rest of our stay. They require a $50 deposit even though the room is prepaid. I dont recommend

The hotel staff lied to me about my reservation and the charges they also failed to return the $50 deposit. When I checked out the front desk employee used her personal cell phone to take a photo of my information on the computer screen.

The first room the hotel gave to me wasn't even clean so I had to go back down to front desk and get another room and then the second room was even dirty .. the ws hair and dirty it the sink , the desk drawer had dirt and ashes all over the place .
