Location was nice.
The A/C was extremely loud, breakfast was picked over very quickly and they were super slow to get more out. Elevators felt like you were going to get stuck every time you got in. The hallways stink. Staff were rude and unhelpful!

I really appreciated the little details; glass coffee cups and tumblers, extra blanket and professional staff.
The fruit for breakfast was still frozen. I also am not a fan of strong-smelling cleaning products.

The location was great. The facilities were very clean.
The elevators needed to be serviced, they ran slow, made noises and “jumped”. I extended my stay for an extra night. The staff was very friendly however, there was an error in the charge for the extra night. I was told it had been corrected yet my bank still shows the overcharge.

Location
The $15 charge that wasn’t authorized. The loud air conditioner. The remote control that only half of the controls worked. The lack of channels to watch. What’s up with the audio only channels?
