Nice bathrooms, good parking, nice staff, situated near shopping/dining and grocery stores.
Breakfast was good but something made people not feel good after and couldn’t figure out what. The cleaning staff put our stuff on the floor and shoved in places just to make the beds. Worked in hospitality and you should never touch the guests stuff. Tidy what you can and leave the rest

The breakfast buffet was good. I appreciated the fresh eggs and everything was fully stocked. Our Front Desk Service was exceptional. Our room was clean and comfy.
(Maybe add unflavored oatmeal to the breakfast mix - small add...) And Stevia to the sweetner options (more people are using it these days). Otherwise - an exceptional visit.

It was clean inside and in the rooms, quiet, and not busy! The staff was exceptional and friendly. Great experience overall and the price was perfect.
Only thing we didn’t like was the cleanliness of the pool. It was really murky and my kids were really looking forward to it but we decided to play it safe and not let them go in.

The staff was wonderful. They were cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was really good.
The mattress and pills were VERY uncomfortable. It was so bad I asked about changing rooms. The response I received was "all the rooms have the same". The front desk also said this was not the first time she heard that. So this needs to be fixed.

The staff member who greeted us when we arrived was extremely friendly and helpful! The room was sizeable and pretty comfortable and the location was within 15 minutes walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants, and equidistant from the airport and AT&T Stadium, which was what we wanted. We would likely stay here again.
The shower head was old and basically spit out water, which was not great.

The staff was amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and at ease. Aside from the cleanliness which was exceptional my lasting impression was William the receptionist. William was so kind and welcoming and displayed excellent customer service, which isn’t seen much today!
Absolutely nothing to dislike our stay was very pleasant.
