The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good and there were a decent amount of choices. Hotel lobby was nice and inviting.
No towels at the swimming pool.

Never saw the place
They cancelled my reservation without letting me know. I tried to shorten our stays, but when I changed the dates those dates were full. Yes, but one of those reservations was mine for those dates.
I wrote to Fairfield, but never heard back. I called when we arrived in Texas and they told me my reservation was cancelled as a "no show". I asked if I had been charged, I was told there was nothing on records. We will see. Have to re-check our accounts.
This is the only reason I rate them so low as I never really saw the place. But, I was left without a hotel when I arrived at DFW. Lesson learned. Next time, I canc
el and rebook immediately when I cannot simply drop two nights from my stay.

The property was close to my family and the interstate. The parking lot was well lit. There was a mini store at the counter and the evening/night shift ladies were the best! So kind and conversational. I bet I sat there talking with them for over 30 mins. Beds werent the most comfy but acceptable. The rooms were very clean. The standing shower was a nice change from a tub. The water pressure in the shower as low.

The staff was incredible! They made you feel at home and were very accommodating.
The thermostat in the room did not come with instructions on how to use and did not cool the room at night like we had hoped.

It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and it was only a mile from where my children lived. They have a complimentary breakfast area that is wonderful.
Couldn't get use of the hot tub, lots of kids took it over the whole weekend. That was the main reason I booked there was for the hot tub because I have rheumatoid arthritis real bad and was in pain the whole time.
