Beautiful property. Had great amenities and the room was lovely.
There was no receptionist which would have been nice to see. We’ve never been to Houston so would have been good to have a chat and learn more about the city.

A little more info and interaction from the desk person would have been nice. Didn't know there was a kitchen or coffee service until I stumbled on it. Nice choices on the furnishings, but TBH some pieces seemed worn down with visible stains. (Damask room and front porch.) Place seems clean, just heavily used and in need of freshening.

Lots of noise in the morning as they were getting ready for their events. My room was by the storage closet and back stairs.
