The property was clean and I love that there are several options around for food. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The front desk staff was also very accommodating from the time we arrived to time we left.
The water was a little cold for showers.

the room was not properly cleaned AT ALL!! THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY and had what it appear to be FECES STAINS!!
I was uncomfortable and disgusted and the staff showed no care or concern with this issue

Great stay. Just a shame that i can't drive as it feels out of the way for visiting different places while there
Think there could be more options for a warm breakfast instead of just eggs and flat sausage with nothing else to choose from. Shame the hotel doesn't have a bar onsite.

I’m disabled , I just had left knee surgery and IM doing was on the 3rd floor and the elevator broke so I had to try a nd walk down the stairs , VERY PAINFUL FOR ME !!!

Trivial complaint. I forgot my shaver; hotel welcome sheet said call us if you need anything.
Ok, I am sure they can supply a $0.39 disposable shaver… They were out, but the counter help offered to sell me a six pack of disposable shavers! Disappointed in staff.

There was a resident(s)next door, I believe it was those in RM 215, that was slamming a door at certain times of the day, usually early in the morning or late at night, multiple nights. I have no idea what they were doing over there that required them to slamming a door.
One day I walked out of my room to find trash they had left outside their door of which a portion of it was left in front my door blocking my way.
Also, I walked in the elevator one day to find a used smashed Dorito potato chip bag in the corner. I believe it was from the same resident(s) because all other residents on my floor were completely clean and quiet.
I did notify the front management of these issues. They were receptive to deal with them. I am aware these are resident issues that your motel only has so much control over.
