Clean and comfortable and near the ballroom that had my grandson’s prom.
The valet person took advantage of my grandson and took his cash of $40.00 as the parking fee and told him he would let the front desk know he paid for parking but did not. Had to make a trip to the hotel with my grandson and he gave the valet manager the specifics and they credit my valet charge. I am glad they did this and it was a good learning visit for my grandson. He has never stayed at a 4 star hotel and was very happy for the experience.
