The design ,decoration and room. View and location. The staff was really friendly and great.
The wifi was an overall pain to connect to compared to cheaper hotels. The carpet had a bad smell at a heated room temp. When you did get through the difficult connection process to the internet, the internet speed was horrible and you'd need to pay even more for tolerable speeds. The hdmi connection didn't work on the TV either. The Griffin Lounge Breakfast was greatly disappointing. Parking situation was also tedious and confusing; they own no parking.

The room was nice
It was our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. My wife had to work all day so I got to the hotel before her. The hotel staff would not let me check into the room because the reservation was in my wife’s name. I had an email with the confirmation,
