Lady night shift couldn't figure out the booking app so she changed me as well as the app did. Then I asked for more towels but couldn't even get that done smh.

Easy walk to several restaurants and a great park
There were no updated tech connections...USB or updated charging stations.

The staff were all friendly and beds were comfortable.
I don't like how there are no microwaves accessible to me personally for breakfast time and that I had to rely on the person at the front to heat up mine and my daughter's breakfast. I rarely eat the "complimentary " breakfasts provided by any hotel. My daughter and I have Celiac disease and we strictly follow a gluten free diet avoiding cross contamination. I'm also allergic to bananas. We brought breakfast from a local Celiac safe restaurant to-go but I was told they take away the microwave in the lobby area for breakfast time. Relying on the front desk associate to warm up my food could be a liability on Hyatt's end. What if something happened while he carried our food to the microwave? Are they registered or should they be handling other people's food. This is a violation of ADA! This was my first and last time staying at any Hyatt!
