Location
I booked my reservation with Hyatt Regency through Booking.com. Somehow my reservation was changed to the Hyatt Place. When I told the agent at the front desk, her response was "It happens." The carpet in my room had stains on it and there were no small wash cloths in my room.

The room we reserved got cancelled from a 2 queen bed room to a 1 king, but was still overall nice.

The location
The staff was horrible they came to clean our room they half made the bed and didn't leave any clean towels I had to call for them to bring us fresh towels. The breakfast was not good at all . Me and my husband smoke they have no sitting area for smokers. Overall we will not be staying here again.
