The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was good.
The pillows had no support. Mattress was too hard. There was a light outside my window on all night. The air conditioner would not go below 72 no matter where it was set.

Location of the property is very easy
Hot Tub’s jets were not working. We called the front desk but they didn’t seem overly concerned. Also the pillows were way too flat

The room was clean and quiet. Bathroom was small with a tube.
I showed up at about 2pm and they charged me 69 dollars without telling me that, for early check in. This is an older hotel and in my opinion not 4 star. Lady at the front desk didn't seem to know what she was doing.

Disappointing
We liked the location.
There were no air vent fan in the washroom. After the use of the washroom , the whole room is filled with a bad smell . The mirror is getting condensed. No complimentary water bottle provided in the room. We had to walk down to the lobby to talk because the phone in the room was dead. However, the electrician fixed it on the request.
We booked our room on Booking.com. It was clearly mentioned that breakfast is included. But the hotel asked us to pay for breakfast.
