Very unique hotel with interesting artwork and fixtures. The shower is perfect, very clean and built for two. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Eclectic decor, clean spacious room.
We asked for a specific kind of room and that room was unavailable when we arrived at 5 pm, which is strange. We were not upgraded as a result but it was still fine. The hotel is next to Katy Freeway, so be prepared for constant highway noise.

The pool service (Mary) was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Guests by the pool had separate personal speakers. It was too loud and was not relaxing. The staff did not acknowledge this until something was said, even then the guests were confrontational. The service fees were a bit much (I.e. room service fees) and the pre added gratuity, this took away from the experience.

The staff was very solution oriented, Neil and Arianna were great. The restaurant hostess Mya was so nice and the chef even came out to ask about how I'd like my meal prepared. This is my second time at this hotel
The valet manager the short guy, his attitude and customer service was horrible. Each time I've been to the hotel the valet has been less than exemplary. It'd be in their best interest to end the contract with that company

We did not have breakfast
service in the restaurant is a joke. They charge high price, and that is fine, it the service level is also high. Our salad/soup was placed on the table the same time as out dinner. Inexcusable!
