The Boardroom was great
The 2nd floor bar was very expensive and did not have our Dewars white label scotch. Must have been too lazy to walk down to the boardroom that had Dewars white label. Beds were a bit firm too

I found the hotel's location and amenities quite appealing, and the proximity to retail stores and restaurants, just a few minutes' walk away, was very convenient.
The sole aspect that presented a challenge was the difficulty in contacting guest services via telephone. Aside from this minor inconvenience, our stay was highly satisfactory, and we anticipate returning.

60% of the time there was only one person at the check in desk. Requests for housekeeping were not met. Stilk waiting on out $100/day incidental charge ($500) for credit.

I was billed for charges that I did not spend! I was told I would receive an invoice and never did. Customer service was no help. The front desk clerk did not email invoice as promised and now my credit card is being billed erroneous charges.

Breakfast was awesome!! Food tasted great with large portions!! Location was close to shopping and restaurants!! Jessica was amazing!! She made our stay much more pleasurable by helping us book an extra night!! We are looking forward to coming back!!!
