The room was nice. The bed was comfortable! The TV was really nice!
There was no where to get ice or sodas!! We did have an ice bucket.
I didn't like the staffer that didn't tell us that the Shuttle she knew e were waiting for was running late and didn't bother to tell me until I asked her.

I didn’t like that it was a vaccination and I was getting woken up multiple morning with the sound of construction in the rooms next time mine I couldn’t get the proper sleep and it impacted my stay very poorly

The staff was very nice and the room was nice and clean.
Yes, I had no idea that the hotel was under construction. We planned to eat at the restaurant but it was non existent. The water was turned off without a forewarning. I feel like we should have been sent a notice or the website should have let us know

Location and price/quality.
Service at the front desk is very bad. I am struggling to get an invoice for my stay despite talking to them directly on the phone and with booking. First time a hotel doesn't want to give me an invoice in 25 years travelling. Very weird!
