The staff was very helpful and coureous. The hotel was quiet and met our needs. The breakfast was as expected and was a very welcome addition to the morning.
I have no complaints. It was a nice stay.

Breakfast was great New employees weren't able to accommodate my AARP even discount even tho I called and was told they were busy to ask again when I arrived .
New employees were great just lacked knowledge on AARP and how to give that info despite me having called befor I booked and befor I arrived .

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good maid service, good breakfast
No hot water for two of our three day stay. Electrical transformer blew resulting in power loss from 4PM until 8AM. Emergency power did not immediately turn on making stairways dangerous when getting to and from room. The pool area needs a facelift.

We would like our money back because the last night we stayed there, we had NO ELECTRICITY ALL NIGHT. My husband has severe sleep apnea and is totally dependent on a VPAP, a vent pap. This was awful! He wouldn’t leave because he was too tired. Everyone else on the street nearby was lit. Just not Holiday Inn Express.
The people especially the night front desk clerk and the kitchen assistant from Cuba. She works very hard and is constantly checking. Get her some ESL classes and you will have the greatest front desk person or manager for life!

Afternoon female worker was so friendly. Always greeting as you walked in. I’m sure the others are just as friendly but I would only walk in around late afternoon.
Everything was great. The first morning the had no hot breakfast. I understand things happen. Not a big issue.

The free breakfast
The elevator was very slow. We needed our room cleaned and the cleaning lady showed up and basically forced us out of our room before we were ready to leave! I even had to brush my teeth while she was gathering up stuff of of the bathroom..
