Disappointing
Location between Baytown and central Houston was good
I gave 4 days notice that I needed to change the check out date of my stay but it was never approved. I asked everyday they said the “general manager” would get back to me but he never did. 3 weeks on and still no reply from the hotel or the general manager. The hotel blames booking.com and booking.com say the hotel need to confirm.
With regards to the facility, there is not much in the area and the gym has no aircon.
