The location was perfect.
The carpet in the room appeared dirty and did not feel clean when stepped on barefooted. The AC did not cool the room during the day and the shower water took some time to heat up.

Quiet neighbourhood. The staff were good and helpful. There was enough parking for our car but the parking space was small, we literally had to squeeze in and out if our car.
The shower took almost 10mins to get hot water running so that's something that could be improved.

Near-ish to the airport. There was a pool.
Staff were unfriendly, misinformed (I was told wrong information about the airport shuttle) and not helpful. Outdoor pool hadn't been cleaned and was filled with leaves, bugs, and trash. Food was sub-par and expensive. Room and hallways were dark and musty. Great hall / venue space seemed like it had been built for greatness and then abandoned - it was 80% empty. Most of the surrounding buildings in the neighborhood were abandoned - including a massive abandoned mall across the street. I had lots of luggage and 2 kids and staff didn't offer to help me. Staff and building had a sense of being on hospice.

Staff was very friendly
Room and common areas were less than I expected for a Hilton. Cleanliness was a challenge. I'm a Hilton honors meme and would not stay here again.
