Close to place I was visiting
Staff was rude. The place was disgusting. Im handicapped and had to go down to the lobby twice, once to get pillows and once to get blankets. They said only one person was working in the whole building and they couldnt bring anything to me.

The customer service was amazing, such helpful staff and great rooms.
The only complaint I havr is that there was a strong odor of weed, getting on and off of the elevators.

I loved the location, price, and the staff were very nice.
My bathroom was a bit dusty. The room didnt seem to have been thoroughly cleaned.

location was adequate but needed better outside lighting
The staff was moody and unhelpful. Staff was almost rude at checkin. Thermostat did not work in room.

The staff were kind and understanding

Perfect location. Tried the cafe for breakfast and it was good too.
There isn't an option to place your food from the room. You have to go down stairs just to look at the menu, place your order and wait for your food. Would be convenient for people who don't want to eat downstairs to place their food from their room.

The front desk staff were very professional & courteous.
There was fecal matter in the toilet bowl. The room was hot most of the time. The air conditioner did not work well. The fridge did not cool well.There was very limited space in the bathroom; the bathroom was dirty.
