I liked the ideal location. Unfortunately the road is under construction making for a headache entering and exiting the hotel. Room was clean enough. The full breakfast was a plus but not much of a selection.
Sofa bed was like sleeping directly on springs and the lady at the front desk wasn’t warm or welcoming. She was just there for a paycheck and not in the business for hospitality and customer service.

The shuttle bus driver was very helpful and gave the right advice.
A/C stuck and could not be turned off. Front desk said would come to fix it but didn’t . Front desk have very wrong advice on transfer time, contradicting shuttle bus driver who was right. We missed the flight…

Close to the airport. Supplies a shuttle to the airport and nice that they pick people up after they drop off their rental car.

The staff is extremely friendly and aims to please. A gas station and convenience store is adjacent, along with a few places to eat. Breakfast is early but not as early as our flight out, but the staff set something aside for us. A nice touch.
It took a while to get the free shuttle, which was an issue. However, once we were in the hotel it was fine.

For starters the staff.. I called to make sure they my room was still available as all flights were delayed and I was coming in with my baby and she’s cold and tired.. I expressed that Ubers were canceling our rides .. they not only reassured me that the room would be ready. They told me to take my baby out of the cold and they were sending a shuttle to come get us.. I will forever be grateful for Ms. Elizabeth and the gentleman at the counter.
