The breakfast was pretty good for a walk up Continental.
The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good.
The pool was nice but adding a hot tub would make it better. The staff were friendly
The road noise on the 5th floor made it hard to fall asleep. I would not stay again due to road noise. Investing high quality sound proofing windows would go a long way

The rooms are clean, limited amenities but reasonable for the price and its location. The staff are friendly.
The outdoor pool was always dirty during the 4 days of my stay. Food packaging and dead bugs in the water, big dead cockroach lying next to the pool. Beer cans and cigarette butts and ashes floating. No immediate actions were taken by the staff after addressing the issues multiple days in a row. Was told they would do basic clean up and had to give up after 45 minutes of waiting for anyone to show up. Was told that there’s no regular maintenance on the pool. Very disappointed with the facility.

The location was great, very short walk to Astros ball park and places to eat, staff were great.
Stayed 5 nights, first night I woke up to a roach in my room so I had to get a new one. Second room my shower you had to basically break the knob to get it turn on and off. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I didn’t have to is experience the first time.

The staff was awesome. Everyone helpful and greeted you each time you entered. They also gave us each rain panchos to walk to the Astros game as it was pouring. Very helpful staff.
It is a little dated. Had to take pup out to potty and no grass or dirt to potty. Just concrete everywhere. lol

Rooms were clean and comfortable.
We needed more towels and had to go back to front desk and get on our own.
If we did not ask for room service prior then room service would not be provided .

Amazing location for what I we planned. I requested to be on the 14th floor and the view was amazing especially at night. Breakfast was great.
