The area of swimming pool is not adequate, for my opinion, to the rest of the hotel and the swimming pool is quite small

Location
The lobby is under expectation, it doesn't reflect the name of the hotel "Four Seasons". Also the bathroom.
I couldn't sleep well because of the annoying noises coming from outside, windows must have sound proof.

Where do I begin? The level of service and cleanliness at the Four Seasons hotel in Houston did not meet my expectations. Despite contacting them in advance with a few straightforward requests, they were unfortunately not fulfilled. Additionally, cleanliness in the common areas was an absolute nightmare.
